Alpine Global Sales is a boutique firm located on the Sunshine Coast, BC that helps launch emerging natural products into the North American market. We work closely with our brands to develop a go-to-market strategy and then work hard to develop the brand across multiple channels: independent stores, grocery chains and e-commerce platforms.  

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is energetic, passionate, and eager to nurture and grow an existing account base. Ideally, this candidate would have a background in customer service and/or inside sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Optimistic + Results Focused: someone who is excited at the challenge of hitting sales targets by winning new accounts and loves to nurture existing accounts.  You are a natural at making sales calls, engaging in conversations, and quickly building trusted relationships with prospects.

Organized + Ambitious: you have a superpower of keeping yourself and others organized. You easily manage multiple accounts across multiple brands, sale leads and promotional calendars. You make processes as efficient as possible and love supporting the team. You are meticulous when it comes to data entry and completing excel forms and can manage retailers review calendars, so we never miss an opportunity.

Solution Focused + Detail Oriented: you are a constant source of positivity, who when faced with a challenge is focused on finding a way through any roadblocks. No project is too small or menial.

SKILLS:

·        Excellent customer service and telephone sales are mandatory.

·        Strong organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.  

·        Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

·        Ability to work under pressure at times to meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

An understanding of sales principles and the grocery industry is preferred.

2 days per week is needed to start, growing to 3-4 days. Hours can be flexible as long as they fall between 9 and 4.  Compensation is $25 per hour. Bonuses will be awarded for reaching sales targets. You will be as excited and passionate about growing these amazing brands as much as we are! Growth opportunities will be available as the company continues to grow.
