We are looking for the right individual to join our fabulous client as Vice-President Finance & Administration to assist them on their journey to legendary.

Our client is passionate and primed for the next phase of its growth, they simply need the right strategic leader to guide that growth. The organization of about 100 team members is seeking a Vice-President Finance & Administration to oversee financial leadership and strategic responsibilities.

As a member of the senior management team, and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide sound, progressive and engaging leadership while you contribute to the effective corporate management of the organization. Some of your Key Accountabilities Include:

Leadership and Strategy:

Leading the development and implementation of short, medium and long-term financial strategies, including financial planning, reporting and monitoring systems, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.

Influence:

Providing professional advice and objective financial analyses which enable decision makers to make timely and informed business decisions. Ensuring that opportunities and risks are fully considered and that decisions are aligned with the overall financial strategies as well as organizational goals.

Financial Management and Control:

Leading the promotion and delivery of solid financial management practices Ensure adequate policies and procedures are fully understood, implemented and adhered to across the group of companies at all times

Supporting sales and operations:

Offering solutions for customers’ needs and supporting the team with exceptional vendor relations

You possess a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA,) and a thorough knowledge of corporate finance, GAAP, and measures of performance. You also have a minimum of ten years of progressive financial leadership and business experience. You offer the ability to make good strategic decisions, to manage within a manufacturing and sales environment, and possess a strong sense of personal integrity and ethical practices. You provide excellent change management, interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through the ability to facilitate, network, motivate, and lead. You must possess a growth mindset.
